Presentation
All the participants are requested to give an oral & poster presentation in English based on their papers. We will provide laptop and other equipment for the presentation. Presenters should get their PPT prepared before the conference. Thinking of those scholars, researchers and professionals related with the conference topics but unable to attend it personally a Virtual Participation mode has been established, with the same peer reviewing and validity than face-to-face ones.
Allocated Presentation Time for Oral Contributions
Keynote Speech: about 45 Minutes of Presentation and 5 Minutes of Question and Answer
Regular Oral Presentation: about 15 Minutes of Presentation and 3 Minutes of Question and Answer
Instructions for Poster Presenters
1). Poster boards will be located in the area 'GEPSEE2024 Posters' on the second floor. Posters will only be displayed for two days during the conference.
2). Posters should be mounted before 09:00 and left on display till 18:00 (posters must be removed at 19:00 at the latest).
3). Please ensure that your poster is displayed on the correct poster board. Posters left behind at the conclusion of the conference will be discarded. Please ensure that you collect your poster at the conclusion of the day your poster was on display.
4). Mounting materials will be available onsite.
5). Presenting authors are asked to attend their poster during the coffee breaks.
Attention
For your personal and property safety, please take care of your belongings all the time in case of any loss. Participants are required to wear the conference representative card at the conference venue, please do not lend the representative card to the irrelevant people and not "carry" irrelevant people into the venue. The organizer is not responsible for the loss of participants' belongings.
To register as an author, you're supposed to submit your full paper to the conference first, once your paper gets accepted after review, then you can register to get it published, also you get to present your paper at the conference orally.
For delegates who're interested in attending the conference but without any paper to present or publish. You will deepen your knowledge by attending it as a listener. Please submit your request GEPSEE2024.
If you just plan on making oral presentation at the conference without pulishing your research work, then you should register as a presenter for participation.
